1.    The sale of firearms, fireworks and drug paraphernalia is not allowed.

2.    Pets must be kept on a leash.  The sale of pets is not allowed..

3.    If you do not have a reserved space, DO NOT SET UP until you have checked in at the shelter building office.  There will be an additional charge per space if you do not sign in at the office.  The office opens at 5AM.  You must be registered and in your space by 8:30AM.

4.    Reserved spaces are for the entire summer only.  If you are not in your space by 8:00AM without prior notification, your space will be given to someone else for the day.  If you miss two weeks in a row without notifying the flea market staff, you will loose your preferred spot. NO REFUNDS

5.    Advertised selling time is between 8:00AM and 3:00PM.  YOU ARE NOT TO LEAVE BEFORE 3PM WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS which are to be made BEFORE setting up.  If you have a need to leave early, you will be placed on the back road so as not to disrupt business or safety of the customers.  There will be fines assessed for violations of this rule.  Exception:  Inclement weather which is to be determined by the flea market staff.

6.    Space fee is $15.00.  Spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.  Shelter spaces are 9 feet 6 inches wide by 7 feet deep.  You may rent as many spaces as you need.  Season fee is $180 per space.  Season fee for food vendors is $360.  There are limited food vendor spaces.  You will be charged accordingly.  There will be a $3/week charge for the use of electricity if it is available.

7.    Audio device volume is to be kept LOW.  You will be required to turn the device OFF if you are bothering other people.

8.    Make sure you clean up your area before you leave.  Dumpsters are provided on the grounds.  Food vendors are to supply their own garbage recepticales for public use.  Garbage may be disposed of in the dumpsters.  DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH IN THE REST ROOMS OR ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS.

9.    Shelter vendors are to unload their vehicles quickly as to allow other vendors room to unload.  Once unloaded, you are to park you vehicle in the area under the water fight barrel, not in the parking lot!!  The only exception for parking shall be handicap vehicles.

10.    There will be a $25 service charge for returned checks.

11.    The flea market staff reserves the right to make immediate necessary rule changes as needed.

12.     The St. Germain Firefighters Association Inc. is not responsible for damage to merchandise for any reason.

13.     Unethical business practices will not be tolerated.  This will be grounds for eviction with no refunds of any kind.
